什么是批判性思维？

批判性思维（Critical Thinking）是一种有目的、自我调节的判断过程， 它表现为对证据、概念、方法、标准或语境的解释、分析、评估与推理。 具备批判性思维的人能够识别偏见、质疑假设、评估论据，并做出合理结论。

如何培养批判性思维？

  1. 提问：多问“为什么”、“证据在哪”、“有没有其他可能”
  2. 收集信息：从多个可靠来源获取事实
  3. 分析论证：识别前提、结论与逻辑漏洞
  4. 反思自身偏见：意识到自己的立场可能影响判断
  5. 练习写作与讨论：清晰表达观点并接受反馈
